2,877 Rupiah Photos, 7 Denominations, One Question: Can AI Help the Visually Impaired?
We photographed and annotated 2,877 images of Indonesian Rupiah ourselves, then trained YOLOv8 to recognize seven denominations under normal light, low light, and blur. Here’s what worked — and what didn’t.
